Collaboration
We worked with Kargo to translate a complex China-to-US commerce infrastructure into a clear, confident and highly structured digital experience. The project focused on positioning Kargo beyond traditional distribution, presenting its integrated model across sourcing, procurement, logistics and retail execution. We built a visual language and website that make a complex operational ecosystem feel simple, credible and scalable, while communicating Kargo's ambition to become a new infrastructure layer for global commerce.
